An entry in the register can be made only if the security provider has consented to it by declaration to the register. Any such consent can be freely terminated by the security provider by declaration to the register. A termination of consent does not affect entries that have been entered before the termination of the consent is declared to the register.
(2)
The secured creditor may demand from the security provider a declaration of consent to an entry to the extent that such a consent is necessary to cover the security rights created in the contract for proprietary security.
(3)
This Article does not affect the validity, terms and effects of any of the security provider's agreements with the secured creditor other than the declaration of consent to the register.
