The CoPECL network of researchers established under the sixth framework programme for research (see below: academic contributors and funders) also includes the ‘Project Group Restatement of European Insurance Contract Law (Insurance Group)’. That body is expected to deliver its ‘Principles of European Insurance Contract Law’ to the European Commission contemporaneously with our submission of the DCFR.
