Books VIII, IX and X were prepared in the same manner as the other books of the DCFR on the basis of deliberation in working teams, advisory councils and plenary meetings. However, for reasons primarily of time, the Compilation and Redaction Team was not able to give these Books the same complete scrutiny as it was able to bestow on the others.
