During the period allowed for cure the creditor may withhold performance of the creditor's reciprocal obligations, but may not resort to any other remedy.
(2)
If the debtor fails to effect cure within the time allowed, the creditor may resort to any available remedy.
(3)
Notwithstanding cure, the creditor retains the right to damages for any loss caused by the debtor's initial or subsequent non-performance or by the process of effecting cure.
