States Parties shall, subject to the provisions of their national law:

a)

Take measures to provide for the seizure and confiscation, as appropriate, of:

(i)

Goods such as materials, assets and other instrumentalities used to commit or facilitate offences under the present Protocol;

(ii)

Proceeds derived from such offences;

b)

Execute requests from another State Party for seizure or confiscation of goods or proceeds referred to in subparagraph (a);

c)

Take measures aimed at closing, on a temporary or definitive basis, premises used to commit such offences.
