When several obligees can claim performance of the same obligation from an obligor:
- (a)
the claims are separate when each obligee can only claim its share;
- (b)
the claims are joint and several when each obligee can claim the whole performance;
- (c)
the claims are joint when all obligees have to claim performance together.
