The service provider may neither limit nor exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by the performance of the service.
(2)
The service provider may limit or exclude liability for damage, other than death or personal injury, caused by the performance of the service if, at the moment of conclusion of the contract, a term to that extent can be considered fair and reasonable in the circumstances of the case, unless provided otherwise in Chapters 2 to 7.
