1. [Original Texts; Official Texts]

a)

This Treaty shall be signed in a single original in the English, Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian and Spanish languages, all texts being equally authentic.

b)

At the request of a Contracting Party, an official text in a language not referred to in subparagraph a) that is an official language of that Contracting Party shall be established by the Director General after consultation with the said Contracting Party and any other interested Contracting Party.

2. [Time Limit for Signature]

This Treaty shall remain open for signature at the headquarters of the Organization for one year after its adoption.
