The International Labour Conference may, at any session at which the matter is included in its agenda, adopt by a two-thirds majority amendments to Schedule I to this Convention.
2.
Such amendments shall take effect in respect of any Member already a party to the Convention when such Member notifies the Director-General of the International Labour Office of its acceptance thereof.
3.
Unless the Conference otherwise decides when adopting an amendment, an amendment shall be effective, by reason of its adoption by the Conference, in respect of any Member subsequently ratifying the Convention.
