The price is payable when the processor transfers the thing or the control of it to the client in accordance with IV. C. — 4:105 (Return of the thing processed) or the client, without being entitled to do so, refuses to accept the return of the thing.

(2)

However, where work remains to be done under the contract on the thing after such transfer or refusal the client may withhold such part of the price as is reasonable until the work is completed.

(3)

If, under the contract, the thing or the control of it is not to be transferred to the client, the price is payable when the work has been completed and the processor has so informed the client.
