The goods do not conform with the contract unless they:

(a)

are of the quantity, quality and description required by the contract;

(b)

are contained or packaged in the manner required by the contract;

(c)

are supplied along with any accessories, installation instructions or other instructions required by the contract; and

(d)

comply with the remaining Articles of this Section.
