Where the debtor's obligations under the contract are not divisible the creditor may only terminate the contractual relationship as a whole.
(2)
Where the debtor's obligations under the contract are to be performed in separate parts or are otherwise divisible, then:
- (a)
if there is a ground for termination under this Section of a part to which a counter-performance can be apportioned, the creditor may terminate the contractual relationship so far as it relates to that part;
- (b)
the creditor may terminate the contractual relationship as a whole only if the creditor cannot reasonably be expected to accept performance of the other parts or there is a ground for termination in relation to the contractual relationship as a whole.
