If the secured right is divided into parts held by different persons as the result of a transfer of a part of the secured right or of a transfer of the whole secured right to different transferees each acquiring a part only:
- (a)
each holder of a part of the secured right is entitled to a part of the security right in proportion to the nominal amount of its part of the secured right; and
- (b)
the effectiveness of the security rights of each holder of a part of the secured right is to be determined individually; possession or control of the encumbered asset may be held by one holder of a part of the secured right for the others also.
