Unless the following Article applies, the mandate of the agent can be revoked by the principal at any time by giving notice to the agent.
(2)
The termination of the mandate relationship has the effect of a revocation of the mandate of the agent.
(3)
The parties may not, to the detriment of the principal, exclude the application of this Article or derogate from or vary its effects, unless the requirements of the following Article are met.
