Failure on the part of a professional representative to pay a fine imposed upon him by a final decision or to refund any costs due from him shall be deemed to be a breach of the Rules of Professional Conduct.
(2)
A final decision of a Disciplinary Body to delete a professional representative from the list of professional representatives shall take immediate effect as soon as it ceases to be subject to appeal. It shall be notified to the Legal Division of the European Patent Office.
