1.
Each Party shall adopt such measures as may be necessary to establish as a criminal offence under its domestic law:
- a.
Participating as an accomplice in an offence as set forth in Articles 5 to 7 of this Convention;
- b.
Organising or directing others to commit an offence as set forth in Articles 5 to 7 of this Convention;
- c.
Contributing to the commission of one or more offences as set forth in Articles 5 to 7 of this Convention by a group of persons acting with a common purpose. Such contribution shall be intentional and shall either:
- (i)
be made with the aim of furthering the criminal activity or criminal purpose of the group, where such activity or purpose involves the commission of an offence as set forth in Articles 5 to 7 of this Convention; or
- (ii)
be made in the knowledge of the intention of the group to commit an offence as set forth in Articles 5 to 7 of this Convention.
2.
Each Party shall also adopt such measures as may be necessary to establish as a criminal offence under, and in accordance with, its domestic law the attempt to commit an offence as set forth in Articles 6 and 7 of this Convention.
