The Council shall make provision for appropriate modes of settlement of:

(a)

disputes arising out of contracts of other disputes of a private character to which the Organisation is a party;

(b)

disputes involving any official or expert of the Organisation to whom Part IV of this Agreement applies who by reason of his official position enjoys immunity, if immunity has not been waived in accordance with the provisons[lees: provisions] of Article 22
