Involuntary loss of possession does not exclude continuous possession for the purpose of VIII. — 4:101 (Basic rule), provided that possession is recovered within one year or an action which leads to such recovery is instituted within one year.
(2)
Where the owner-possessor is in possession of the goods at the beginning and at the end of the period there is a presumption of continuous possession for the whole period.
