IN WITNESS whereof the undersigned, duly authorized thereto, have signed this Convention.

DONE at Abu Dhabi, this 8^th day of May 2007, in duplicate, in the Netherlands, Arabic and English languages, the three texts being equally authentic. In case there is any divergence of interpretation between the Netherlands and Arabic texts, the English text shall prevail.
