Without prejudice to Article 28 of the Convention, each Party shall adopt such legislative, administrative or disciplinary measures as may be necessary to suppress the following acts when committed intentionally:

a)

any use of cultural property in violation of the Convention or this Protocol;

b)

any illicit export, other removal or transfer of ownership of cultural property from occupied territory in violation of the Convention or this Protocol.
