For the contracting Parties which have deposited their instrument of ratification, acceptance or approval, the Treaty shall enter into force on the first day of the second month following the date of receipt by the Depositary of the deposit of the fourth instrument of ratification, acceptance or approval.

2.

For the fifth contracting Party it shall enter into force on the first day of the second month following the date of receipt by the Depositary of the deposit of its instrument of ratification, acceptance or approval.
