To the extent that several proprietary security rights have been created covering the same obligation or the same part of an obligation, the creditor may seek satisfaction from any, several or all of these security rights. IV. G. — 1:105 (Several security providers: solidary liability towards creditor) applies accordingly.

Paragraph (1) applies with appropriate adaptations if, in addition to one or more proprietary security rights, personal security has been granted by one or more persons.
