If a request does not comply with the provisions of this Chapter or the information supplied is not sufficient to enable the requested Party to deal with the request, that Party may ask the requesting Party to amend the request or to complete it with additional information.

2.

The requested Party may set a time-limit for the receipt of such amendments or information.

3.

Pending receipt of the requested amendments or information in relation to a request under Section 4 of this Chapter, the requested Party may take any of the measures referred to in Sections 2 or 3 of this Chapter.
