After intervening the intervener must without undue delay report and account to the principal and hand over anything obtained as a result of the intervention.
(2)
If at the time of intervening the intervener lacks full legal capacity, the obligation to hand over is subject to the defence which would be available under VII. — 6:101 (Disenrichment).
(3)
The remedies for non-performance in Book III, Chapter 3 apply but with the modification that any liability to pay damages or interest is subject to the qualifications in paragraphs (2) and (3) of the preceding Article.
